LG Gold Fin™ Anti Corrosion

LG's Outdoor Heat Exchanger is coated wiht a golden anti-corrosion epoxy treatment on the aluminum coil to prevent corrosion. This maintains heat transfer properties of the coil for an extended time whereas non Gold Fin coils progressively lose efficiency due to surface corrosion. Standard on every LG Air Conditioning units this is perfect for areas suffering from high levels of pollution or near the ocean or salt spray.

LG PLASMA Heat Exchanger

The Plasma Heat Exchanger is an exclusive feature to LG Air Conditioning units. Developed by LG engineers, this technology solves the problem of the gradual performance drop of the Indoor Heat Exchanger. This is the world first Heat Exchanger that repels condensed water on the indoor coil, by use of a new patented metal, made during a special manufacturing process. This improved water repelling performance maintains system performance for the life of the unit, reduces the indoor air noise and extends the life of the Air Conditioning System.
