After several quotations for reverse cycle air conditioning, we selected "Affordable" What a wise choice; from the initial quote, which was sent with a brochure, cost, and systems information, to the technicians who installed the unit, all stages of the transaction were completely professional.
The installation was completed during one of the worst storms in South Australian history, when our electricity had been cut. Your technicians were not deterred and did the job in appalling weather, removing their shoes so as not to track mud into our house. They did as much as they could without electricity, and were about to leave when the power was restored. They started again cheerfully and finished the job promptly. These men where businesslike and considerate, and contrary to our experience with other tradesman, cleaned up the mess before leaving. They were courteous, polite and a credit to your organization.
